Alan
Cowgill
is a
full-time real estate investor in Springfield, Ohio. He is
the owner of Colby Properties, LLC and President of Integrity Home
Buyers, Inc. Alan Cowgill invests in both single family
houses and small multi-family properties. He has bought and
sold over 200 properties since 1995. Many of these properties
were financed with money from Private Lenders, not banks!
